We chase autonomy and purpose, and end up pouring every ounce of time and energy into making our dream succeed. 😅

Taking a little time to pursue hobbies, spend quality time with family, or take a much-needed vacation can be challenging as a business owner, but I'm striving to achieve a better balance.

Speaking of dreams and hobbies, if you didn't already know, my hobby these days has been triathlon. My first 70.3 (half-distance Ironman) race is coming up at the end of this month! Ah! I'm both excited and jittery. That 'too many espresso shots' feeling, but I've been preparing, and it's time to trust the training and work I've put into making this day a success. I'll be taking a long weekend off at the end of next week and back by Oct 1st.
